It was good bye to some great people tonight. After 6 grueling weeks of monologues and scripts, we had an amazing ending to an awesome class. I feel like I have come miles from where I started, with Mike calling our recital “Cool” and Effortless. We were so relaxed, so confident, and with the progress I have made, one classmate said to me before we left, “When you are in Hollywood, just remember the little people”. I laughed and told her, “Even when I am Arthur Kade, famous actor, I will always be that kid from Philly that you guys saw at the beginning of his Journey”. She replied, “What’s scary is that you’re already famous, Mr. Celebrity”.

I talked with Mike about a movie he is working on, and he said the producers had contacted him about me, and were going to probably use me in a “Friends and Family” scene, and I could tell that Mike saw the maturation that I have made as an actor, and probably feels honored to be helping. It’s such a great feeling to inspire people, and I can’t wait to make it to the top of the acting ladder so they can take the example and change their own lives for the better. I am an example of a person who dreams, and is making them happen, and the fact that I am doing it at unprecedented speed must make them so happy. One of my classmates told me, “I could see you being someone like Johnny Depp”.

I will be doing Mike’s Commercial Class in 2 weeks, and then the Advanced Film Class in September which he seemed ecstatic about because of the leadership, experience, and chemistry I brought to the group. I hope I made a difference in all of their lives.
