People outside of the modeling world don’t realize the amazing amount of effort that goes into getting the perfect pictures from a photo shoot. Once the shoot is done, the photographer will usually have 100 pictures per look (Outfit or Situation), and you have to narrow it down to 3-6 per look that you think could be stars, and then even further to 1-2 per look to have touched up for editorial or print. I have had times where a look was so hot and I came out so amazing that I wanted to use 10 pictures and it becomes impossible to decide. I am a veteran at this game, so I usually need to shoot less than other models, but a really good photographer understands how to shoot me because my facial features are super strong and prominent (Especially my eyes and nose) and they can sometimes overpower the camera. It was important to make me look a bit softer and less rugged looking in this shoot, so that I looked less “modelesque”, and more like an everyday person, although my body looks like I could do bathing suit modeling right now without any touch up (My abs and legs look awesome, the dieting and thousands of crunches and sit ups did the trick).

These are some of the ones I picked out from a recent photo shoot and have narrowed it down. I thought it would be cool to put up the untouched pictures and have my fans choose which ones I should have touched up for my portfolio additions for “The Journey”, and what changes I should think about making.
