Vivian Bang is one of the stars of the hit TBS comedy series Sullivan & Son, produced by Vince Vaughn. New episodes air Thursdays at 10pm.

Best known for her supporting role as “Soo-Mi” in Yes Man, the hit Warner Brothers comedy starring Jim Carrey, Vivian’s film credits include: Memoirs of a Geisha, Boy Toy, Little Black Book, Robot Stories, Henry Fool, and the 2006 Oscar-nominated short Our Time Is Up. She was awarded Best Actress for the Asian American Film Lab short film Elizabeth Ong Is Missing.

Her TV credits include: Better of Ted, Numb3rs, House M.D., Kath & Kim, How I Met Your Mother, Monk, Sex & The City, The Corner, Becker.

Theater credits include: World Premiere of Velina Hasu Houston’s Calling Aphrodite, the Premiere of Please Stand By with Thumping Claw, Off-Broadway & Big Art Group’s Shelf-Life, Flicker, and the Obie-nominated Benton Kozo. She is a transplant from New York, and a graduate of NYU – Tisch.

Fun fact- She auditioned for NYU playing the dramatic role of Blanche Du Bois from Streetcar Named Desire with a full southern dialect. She had the teenager naivete that she could be anyone and act any age. She was awarded a scholarship admission.
