Philly’s hottest underground art movement, The Philadelphia Salon, is putting on two shows this month. One at 2nd and Fairmount hosted by Projects Gallery and a second show at 18th and Locust in a space owned by Alan Domb. Both shows are curated by and feature Philadelphia Salon artists exclusively. The show on the square, titled “Here Not There”, features three artists: Griska, Zebley, Kunkle. This piece, titled “The American Dream: or Arthur Kade welcomes Mr. Brainwash to Philadelphia” references controversial and million-dollar sell out street artist Mr. Brainwash who just had a bio playing at the Ritz.
