When you think about extraordinary stories and extraordinary people, it doesn’t get much better then Pat Tillman.  He gave up a multi-million dollar career in the NFL to fight for the country that he loved, ultimately losing his life and igniting one of this country’s great controversies/cover-ups.  From this tragedy, his incredible wife Marie, has used this platform to do good using his courage and building the Pat Tillman Foundation, while sharing their story of love, loyalty, and the power to move on from the worst of circumstances with grace and elegance. She has released a new memoir talking about this called “The Letter: My Journey Thorugh Love, Loss, and Life”, and has been on a media tour talking about it including Piers Morgan, The Today Show, etc..

Here “The King Of Kamelot” sits down (Over The Internet) with the incredible Marie Tillman to talk about her new book “The Letter” which details the final gift that Pat Tillman left for her before his death, her incredible work with the Pat Tillman Foundation, carrying on Pat’s wonderful legacy, her feelings and thoughts around one of America’s least proudest moments and using it to do good in this world, when she felt it was time to move on and start her new family, and soooo much more.  To say that I am in awe of Marie would be an understatement and for anyone who has had to deal with loss in their life, I encourage you to watch this interview and become inspired by her strength and will.  Enjoy Kade Nation!!

And here is Marie on NBC’s The Today Show and CNN’s Piers Morgan right before speaking with me!
