MTV’s “Jackass” was one of the great reality phenomenons of our generation, not only spawning a hit TV show and movie franchise, but also it’s cast all went on to become bonafide stars including Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, and of course my latest #InTheLab guest Steve-O.  With a new hit show “Killer Karaoke” on TRUtv entering it’s second season, Steve-O has overcome many of the addictions and lifestyle issues that almost led to his death, and proven himself once again as a Television brand capable of hilariously entertaining millions of people around the country.

Here “The King Of Kamelot” sits down #InTheLab with the hilarious and reflective Steve-O before his sold out shows at Caroline’s to talk about his new show “Killer Karaoke”, how “Jackass” fame almost lead to his personal destruction, beating his drug addiction, the need for fame that drove him to drugs and a lifestyle that almost killed him, staying sober and still staying creative, the darker side of Jackass fame, dancing on “Dancing With The Stars”, and so much more.  On a personal note, I’ve always been an enormous fan of Steve-O’s, but after meeting him and having this incredibly raw and open conversation, I not only became an even larger fan, but found him to be one of the most genuine and reflective people I’ve ever interviewed.

Here are some of Steve-O’s recent appearances on FOX NYC, Howard Stern, and Hot 97:
