Chloe Coscarelli is the country’s Queen of Vegan, having become the first person to win a Food Network competition (And TV in general) cooking completely Vegan when she won it’s ultra popular “CupCake Wars”. As an award winning chef, this helped launch her and her Vegan style into the mainstream. Chloe was featured in the Cooking Channel television documentary “The Veg Edge” and has appeared on NBC’s The Today Show, VH1, CNN, HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell Show and the Fran Drescher Show and has a very popular website called “ChefChloe.com”. In 2012, Chloe published her first cookbook, entitled Chloe’s Kitchen and now has returned with an amazing Vegan dessert cookbook called “Chloe’s Vegan Desserts”. Chloe has all the tools to be a star, and is clearly living up to the hype.
Here “The King Of Kamleot” sits down with awesome Chef Chloe Coscarelli on the eve of her new book launch right before her fun appearance on NBC’s Today Show to talk about cooking Vegan, her new cookbook Chloe’s Vegan Desserts, what winning CupCake Wars did for her career, the difference between a Vegan and regular dessert, and soo much more! If I appear to salivate the whole interview talking about the various desserts, then it’s true because the stuff in her cookbook is amazing and will make anyone who gets it want to eat everything.
